Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Bikes and accessories are shipped separately and may arrive on different dates. Accessories may arrive a few days later than the bike.

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders are shipped via Yodel, DPD UK, EVRi, FedEx, or Amazon UK FBA unless otherwise stated. We will select the most suitable carrier based on your order and delivery location.

VAT Information

All displayed prices include applicable UK VAT. No additional VAT payment is required at delivery.

Planning for a Gift or Holiday?

If you are ordering a bike for a birthday, holiday, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and at least 7 working days before your preferred arrival date.

During holidays, major sales, and other peak periods, order processing and carrier networks may experience higher volumes. Please allow additional time for possible delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, address issues, or other unexpected circumstances.
